Add GraalVM reachability metadata for sso service

Motivation and Context

GraalVM reachability metadata for sso service are missing, therefore native compilations of applications using that service fail out of the box.

Closes #5840

Modifications

Add reflect-config.json to services/sso/src/main/resources/META-INF/native-image/software.amazon.awssdk/sso registering reflective access to the constructor of SsoProfileCredentialsProviderFactory.
