Description of changes
This small change allows additional args to be passed to the command. It is useful in automation and can be used to bypass the currently hardcoded args. The AWS EBS CSI driver helm chart has exactly the same functionality: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/aws-ebs-csi-driver/blob/3981294942b4aa3bdfac95a06d7ab57b43c8130d/charts/aws-ebs-csi-driver/templates/controller.yaml#L103C1-L105C23
