Platform configuration

Please find each setting of the platform configuration briefly explained below.

General

Name

Define a unique name of your platform.

Language

Select the language of your platform. (This setting is only relevant when you make use of off-topics and the text classifier.)

Threshold

Choose the minimum confidence level for the text classifier. Lower values correspond to higher matching rates. (This setting is only relevant when you make use of off-topics and the text classifier.)

Facebook

Verify token

Enter a secret random verification token and provide it to your Facebook app.

Page access token

Enter the page access token provided by the Facebook app.

Webhook

Copy the webhook url and provided it to the Facebook app. In case you are using Ngrok in development mode, provide the Ngrok url instead.
