What does this PR do?

• Fixes the alignment issues in the navbar on the careers.html page.
• Ensures the light-to-dark mode toggle switch is visible and functional.
• Adds Courses, Trends, Tools, Blogs, Quiz, Games, and MAPS under the "Explore More" dropdown for consistency across all pages.

This fix enhances the user experience by providing a consistent navbar layout across the application and ensures all features, including the toggle switch, are accessible.
