Because this repo documents TypeScript installs as per-package (AGENTS.md:25-27), updating only the root workspace lock leaves npm --prefix apps/workbench ci resolving the old Hono package: apps/workbench/package-lock.json:5425 still pins node_modules/hono to 4.12.22. Anyone building or testing Workbench from its package directory will therefore miss this dependency/security bump, so the update is only partial unless the standalone Workbench lockfile is regenerated as well.
