Copy protected disks testing

This is a list of tests of copy-protected disk images done with IBMulator 0.15
All conversions from KryoFlux and SuperCard images to intermediate formats loadable by IBMulator made with HxCFloppyEmulator utility.
Pass = program passed the copy protection check and loaded successfully
Fail = program failed to pass the copy protection and reported so to the user (eg. "key disk not found")
Image source = the site the image has been downloaded from
Possible causes of the "Fail" result:
- defective source disk image
- inadequate intermediate disk format (eg. HFE doesn't support weak bits)
- buggy/incomplete flux, FDC, and/or CPU emulation
- timings problems related to the protection scheme (eg. older systems may rely on slow CPUs)
- buggy disk image conversion program
