Description:

This PR addresses a grammatical issue in the "Feature Requests" section of the contributing guide. The sentence:

what need you are trying to solve.

was incorrect and awkward in English. The corrected version is:

what problem you are trying to solve.

This change is important as it ensures clarity and correctness in the documentation. The original phrase was not grammatically accurate, which could confuse contributors, especially those for whom English is not their first language. The corrected sentence clearly communicates the intention to describe the problem being solved, which aligns with the purpose of the feature request section.
