Overview

This PR changes sending EthSendBundle into the queue to BundleWithMetadata. I've introduced tips-common to hold these shared types across the TIPS crates.

Tests

  • Unit tests pass
  • Tested on devnet and everything still works. That is, we're still able to enqueue bundles and see it included by builder via UI
