Freesurfer 7.4.1

This repository contains the files needed to build a docker container that runs Freesurfer 7.4.1 recon-all. See the Dockerfile for details.

A valid Freesurfer license file is required at runtime.

Here is the look-up table for the various Freesurfer segmentations, and the description of MM hippocampus re-combinations.
