Modify Bazel's analysis progress message style #28180

Changed the analysis progress message to match the preferred style: `INFO: Analyzed 5 targets (2781 packages loaded, 280337 targets configured, 384 aspect applications)` This involves: - Moving "configured" to be after "targets" instead of at the end of the string. - Changing "aspects" to "aspect applications". - Using comma separation instead of "and". Updated `AnalysisProgressReceiver.java` and relevant tests: - `src/test/java/com/google/devtools/build/lib/skyframe/AnalysisProgressReceiverTest.java` - `src/test/shell/integration/nonincremental_builds_test.sh`
