BBC's servers aren't available.
- `mkdir` and `adduser` shouldn't fail, so that `set -e` can catch any install error. - remove `sudo` as the script only accept UID 0 - update `nodejs` to v12 - add missing dependencies
- 'import' can't be used outside of a module. - Fix syntax. - I don't get why `window` would be defined in a server app...
This is helpful for dependencies version management.
