Status

Later. Explicitly after the A23 debug APK has been used. Frozen v1 success criteria: no Play listing.

targetSdk / compileSdk 36 are already set so this pass is not “bump API level only.”

Scope (when we start)

From docs/context.md and frozen spec §2 / §4:

• Play Console listing (store users: people who already look up fonlar on tefas.gov.tr and want a follow list on the phone)
• Privacy policy (the app uses the network; still local-only, no accounts)
• Financial-features declaration
• bundleRelease / Play upload (sideload skill forbids this until then)
• Extra SPK-facing store copy (see the store-disclaimer issue; in-app disclaimer was removed)

Out of this issue unless we reopen product scope: accounts, backend, iOS, charts, holdings, LLM.
