Status

Later. In-app disclaimer is gone. Store/SPK copy waits for Play.

What we already decided

ADR 007 — On-screen disclaimer removed.

• Removed from Detail and R.string.disclaimer.
• Living product docs no longer require the sentence on screen.
• Frozen 2026-08-22 spec still says Detail always shows “Yatırım tavsiyesi değildir.” — that file is historical; do not treat it as living product law.
• Mapper and screens must not recommend buy/sell/hold.
• A store-facing disclaimer is a later Play task, not the pay/kişi pass.

ADR 005 — ExplanationMapper turns official TEFAS fields into short Turkish sentences. No LLM, no buy/sell language, no holdings.

Why this is a separate issue from Play listing

Play Console listing / privacy policy / financial-features declaration is packaging. This issue is copy and legal/SPK wording for the store (and whether any on-device sentence comes back). First user did not want the line on the phone.

Non-goals until a product decision

• Putting “Yatırım tavsiyesi değildir.” back on Detail without an explicit decision.
• Buy/sell recommendations, target prices, “size uygun,” ranking “best funds.”
