Validation aggregate for focused PRs #23–26 on top of #22. Preserves their original branches and review boundaries, and requires notebook plus installed-consumer jobs together. The native union contract and CuPy static policy remain open release decisions. No main merge or publication is authorized.
Integration record: this reviewed head is preserved in main through PR #31, merge commit df81f00. The owner approved merging this work. This dependent PR is closed as integrated; its commits were not squashed or discarded.
