Receiving maintainers now have a production review page mapping the public contract to implementation modules, 17 feature/test families, audit findings A01–A10, independent PRs, observed support and exact release artifact evidence. It explicitly retains the native-union blocker, CuPy static policy decision and unconfigured administrative protections.
A reproducible benchmark compares normally installed baseline/candidate wheels with identical CPython 3.10.20, beartype rc0, NumPy and optree versions. Strict checks measured about 19.8 µs versus 21.8 µs in the baseline, with medians/spread and conversion/tree scaling recorded. No runtime optimization was introduced. Four added tests prove Value defaults/keywords and wrapped signatures in automatic/combined modes at both Python endpoints.
Validation: all hosted checks pass at 6845638; full hooks, rendered tables and 93 Python 3.10 snippets pass, with browser inspection of the report. The referenced release dry run completed 38 successful jobs, skipped publication, and its exact wheel passed 1,097 installed-consumer tests plus 95 GPU tests per endpoint.
