Availability of auto insurance data

I'm currently working on a research paper dealing with auto insurance fraud detection and I'd like to use the data you recently used to evaluate your approch. Thus, I'd like to know if your data is publicly available for a direct comparison with your results.

Please note that I am not the author of the paper. This is my own and independent implementation that was tested on publicly available datasets as shown in the code.
