Introduce a user-friendly documentation site published to GitHub Pages,
with clear separate tracks for the desktop app (GUI) and the CLI.
- New guide tree under docs/: getting-started, concepts, GUI guide
(install/first vault, managing passwords, security) and CLI guide
(basics, password vaults, environment vaults, delivering secrets,
the agent preview), plus a Reference section.
- VitePress config with local search, nav, sidebar, and base
'/secure-vault/' for project Pages; global markdown-it rule renders
inline code with v-pre so `{{KEY}}` template syntax doesn't get
compiled as a Vue interpolation.
- Exclude docs/environments/** internal specs (SPEC, AGENT-DESIGN,
MOBILE-INTEGRATION-GAPS) from the build — they target GitHub's
renderer — and link them out as deep dives instead.
- Add docs:dev/build/preview scripts, a GitHub Actions Pages deploy
workflow (Node 22), and .gitignore entries for the VitePress
dist/cache.
