This is windows command-line tool supports you getting Pull-Request on GitHub.
Drag git repository folder's icon to GitHubPR.exe.
GitHubPR.exe will check the dropped folder's ".git" entry, and request Number of Pull-Request.
Enter Pull-Request Number, then commits fetch into branch named "pull-request/xxx" and checkout the branch.
