feat - Improve services page UX with smooth scroll and enhanced layout

Changes

• Fix load more button causing page to jump to footer
• Add smooth scroll to top when loading more services
• Improve grid layout with better responsive breakpoints
• Enhance scrollbar visibility with blue theme
• Clean up service card layout and remove URL display
• Extract load more functionality into dedicated handler

the removal of the URL creates a lot of empty space between the top of the card and the button on the bottom. maybe we can reduce the height of each card a little? slightly reducing the height could work

further style improvement to each service card: add a gap between the service name and the checkmark to prevent the text and the symbol from being too close to each other
