We want that changes that will affect the application are deployed and released into dev/staging separately from code changes so that issues are discovered earlier and are easier to debug/diagnose.

PS: based on our experience this is in any case how renovate will treat dependencies in projects that have switched to the pep621 scheme of putting them in pyproject.toml

I plan to leave this open for feedback until at least Tuesday morning.
