Writer: should have options to handle existing files beyond just failing,

• skip
• ask
• fail

and a way to check file exists before performing expensive computation

• doesnt make sense to do something expensive just to realize it already exists
• possibly passing a resolvable instead of the data item
• or creating a custom writer when needed
