Markdown/RST needs to be recolored? Spec defined? Other?

Would be nice to get a defined spec for the markdown/rst type structures, as right now, there isn't really anything in the "spec" for them.

For example,

• Dracula has: https://spec.draculatheme.com/#sec-Markup-Markdown-RST-etc- (which seems mostly tailored to vs code)
• Relevant nord:
