biotite-dev/biotite#810 fixed a bug that lead to wrong bonds when a
CONECTrecord refers to atom IDs that are missing in theATOM/HETATOMrecords. The reason for this could either be filtered atoms due to altlocs or a malformatted file.While in
biotitethis lead merely to spurious bonds, infastpdbthis causes a panic. This PR fixes this oversight.
