[Insight] Chain details page

Instead of the currency tiles linking to a table with all the blocks, it links to a page with chain details

• Block sample with a few blocks in a chain structure (each block is a link)
• Chain header with logo and graph and price display
• Link to view all blocks (what the currency tile used to link to)
• Simple tip fee display

Possible changes:

• Fee Graph like mempool.space, might be best to add an endpoint like /api/:currency/:network/block/fee to fetch multi-block fee data

• Change block data display to be more consistent with the blocks list
• Make block chain horizontal instead of vertical
• Add feature to highlight blocks to show data about the block without transactions, then have view full block data button
