Created some supplementary documentation for default Trixie repositories in the event the user does a fresh install and no repositories exist in the build.

I recently followed the guide for trixie and it did have some issues, however I would be curious to see what @blakeblackshear thinks if it makes sense to have separate sections, or if we should just update it for trixie and recommend that as the default.

Working well for me, and better with newer drivers for Intel Arc / NPU
