Clean implementation — this is the reference for how deposit protocols should work.

Needs rebase onto master. #32 already landed the type Data trait change, so after rebase your diff should shrink to just Drift-specific code (drop the core trait, Kamino, Jupiter, and program-test changes).

Merge this first. #38 and #39 should rebase on top.
