feat: add gitlab runner installation to setup-mac.sh

Adds installation of GitLab Runner using Homebrew in the setup-mac.sh script.

We installed GitLab Runner to provide a macOS executor for your GitLab CI pipelines, as GitLab.com doesn't offer macOS shared runners. This allows jobs tagged with "macos" to run on your Mac. Without it, those jobs would fail due to no available runners.

This is needed for the harpertoken/kernel.metal project (https://github.com/harpertoken/kernel.metal, https://gitlab.com/harpertoken/kernel.metal) to run macOS CI jobs peacefully.
