Add Brev to Mac setup script

Added Brev CLI to the setup-mac.sh script to support AI/ML development environments. The script now installs Brev using Homebrew and updates the README to reflect this addition in the list of installed tools.

Code Review

This pull request adds support for Brev by including it in the setup-mac.sh script and updating the README.md file. The changes are well-implemented, with proper error handling for the installation. I have one minor suggestion to improve logging consistency within the setup script.
