Code Review
This pull request adds support for Brev by including it in the setup-mac.sh script and updating the README.md file. The changes are well-implemented, with proper error handling for the installation. I have one minor suggestion to improve logging consistency within the setup script.

Add Brev to Mac setup script
Added Brev CLI to the setup-mac.sh script to support AI/ML development environments. The script now installs Brev using Homebrew and updates the README to reflect this addition in the list of installed tools.
