Optimism Fjord Sepolia Upgrade
This release fixes the issue of calculating L1 security fee incorrectly for the Fjord hardfork. The Fjord protocol upgrades will activate on Wed May 29 16:00:00 UTC 2024 on Optimism Sepolia Chains.
