feat: FCM 토큰 전송 기능 구현 로그인 및 토큰 갱신 시 FCM 토큰을 서버에 자동으로 전송하여 푸시 알림을 수신할 수 있도록 구현 주요 변경사항: - FCMService 추가: Firebase Cloud Messaging 초기화 및 토큰 관리 - AuthViewModel에서 로그인/토큰 갱신 시 FCM 토큰 전송 로직 추가 - iOS/Android 플랫폼별 FCM 설정 추가 기술적 세부사항: - ResponseForm<void> 파싱 에러 우회를 위해 Dio를 직접 사용 - FCM 토큰이 null이거나 비어있을 경우 전송 생략 - 에러 발생 시에도 로그인 프로세스는 정상 진행
- 알림 탭 핸들러에 디버그 로깅 추가
