* fix inline code styles within colists * remove letter spacing from h2 headings * adjust TOC padding to match content area * fix table headings and borders for dark mode * display paragraphs within list items as inline (for readmes) * rounded corners for <pre> and .highlight blocks * make sure <strong> displays as bold * consistency for <code> wherever it appears
