Your node-rails-cookies package has been very useful in a project I'm working on. As it is, it can decrypt cookies from Rails 4. I've needed to do the reverse as well, so I've added this functionality. I figure that someone else may need it to, so I've created this pull request. These changes are backwards-compatible with the current version in npm.
