caRpools - CRISPR-AnalyzeR for pooled Screens

Welcome at the Github repository for caRpools, which is a R package designated to analyze pooled CRISPR/Cas9 screens.

CaRpools serves as a basis for data analysis which allows fast report generation and explorative analysis of your pooled CRISPR screens. It can be used by any researcher with the provided templates and basically no knowledge of R programming and thus allows a standardized, reproducible analysis of screens.
More advanced user can use caRpools to create their own reports or data analysis with the provided basic function.

You are encouraged to not only use caRpools, but also actively modify and extend it to your needs. Please fork caRpools or just let me know in case you are interested in the further development.

CaRpools is designed as an open-source community project, so that everyone is invited to share ideas, modify or extend caRpools to their needs.
