This drops the enforced Syck. If the YAML is properly formated, there is no need for Syck. Syck was long deprecated and now removed from Ruby 2.0. Not sure if some of your documentation should not be updated in similar manner as the failing .spec.

BTW, I am going to apply this to Fedora 19/Rawhide.

It is not part of Ruby 2.0 and properly formated YAML should work with
Psych like a charm (see the prefious commit fixing test suite.)
