Bug fix and cleanup

Fixed:
Log tail viewer handles empty ANSI codes
Missing script path does not blow up the rq-mgr
Prep message view had an incorrect variable name

Added:
Init script supports the 'status' command

Cleaned up:
Remove unused javascripts
Move tests out of the code directory
