Highlights of the 2.1.0 release:

This version contains the quality control measures and advisory guidelines for using these checks for the following 4 metrics:

  1. NDC contamination among samples
  2. CPC positivity among viral assays
  3. Human internal control RNaseP positivity among samples
  4. NTC contamination among samples.

Full list of changes:

  • Updated analyze_run.py to assess the binary and quantitative results (after tabulation at the final timepoint, t13) against the quality control measures described above
  • Generation of a new output text file called Quality_Control_Checks_{IFC barcode number}.txt
  • Addition of qual_checks.py to the required scripts in the cloned directory
  • Fix in README.md to include analyze_run.py instead of carmen_analysis.py among cloned directory contents
  • Fix to include only required scripts in repository (Read Me file reflects all such files)
