With this PR, sample data is merged by name in demux deplete across lanes and is intended to be used when the
demux_depleteworkflow is run separately from the larger/monolithic workflows (sarscov2_illumina_full, etc.). The larger workflows currently do this, but also potentially reject lanes, so this adds some redundancy we may want to address.
