          fix(docs): add /docs redirect to /docs/overview for GitHub Pages

d8c70ca

The sidebar restructure moved index.mdx to overview/, leaving /docs
with no page. Add a meta refresh redirect in the deploy workflow
since Next.js static export doesn't support server-side redirects.
Also fix homepage links to use /docs/overview and bromso/metapowers.

Replace bare-bones hero with a polished landing page featuring:
- Hero section with headline, description, and CTA buttons
- Stats bar (10 domains, 152+ skills, 10 methodologies, MIT)
- Responsive domain cards grid (10 domains with icons, methodology, skill count)
- How It Works section (install, run, get artifacts)
- Footer with attribution

Also fixes pre-existing TypeScript error in docs slug page and
adds lucide-react dependency.
