Adds granular control over loading states using:
isInitializing
isLoggingIn
isConnecting
isReturningFromAuth
Has combined loading state in isLoading
backwards compatible with 9.5/10 UIs.
New demo-app shows all the options for loading modals, no flashes.
NOTE: Not sure authCallback works in react-native. Might need separate PR and testing.
