v0.2.0 now works out of the box :)

Build System Overhaul:
CMake now calls lab_fetch_dependencies to automatically clone dependencies.
This is complementary to dawn's build system, which also requires python to manage it's dependencies.

dawn is now linked statically to wgpu-lab and it's consumers
