As pointed out in bytecodealliance#105, the scripts to regenerate the bindings code no longer work. At this point, after bytecodealliance#104, it makes more sense to remove the old WITX code and just use `wit-bindgen`.
Eventually this should all just use `wasm32-wasip2` but that can come later.
