Resolves #793, resolves #795, resolves #778, resolves #98, resolves #770

Features that are removed with this change (will be re-implemented):

  • graph command => doesn't make sense until the Poac registry is supported
  • search command => use poac.dev instead for now
  • Conan support => use Git support instead for now
  • Poac registry support => use Git support instead for now
  • compile_commands.json => will soon be implemented
