Makefileのルール設定が大変だったので、一部自動化しました。
現状新規ディレクトリ・ファイルがある場合、次のように設定を追加するとビルドが動くようになります。
新規ディレクトリがある場合
$(eval $(call add_module,<target_dir>))に新規ディレクトリのルールを追加する。(※)$(eval $(call add_module,invoke_cmd)新規ソースコードがある場合
詳しくはMakefileをご確認ください。
追加する箇所にはコメントを書いてあります。
追記
add_moduleの引数を二つにしていたのですが、原則大文字にするだけなので、入力数を一つにしました。
