Wyam is no longer supported, and there are a number of errors when trying to execute it as part of CI builds. Rather than fight it, the decision has been made to remove the usage of it for just now, and replace is with "something" later on. The top level documentation tasks have been left in place, and will be filled when a new tool is selected. Due to the fact that the publishing of the documentation was the only place that the Kudu tool was being used, this has also been removed.

@pascalberger thank you for your approval here! I am going to hold off to see if @nils-a has any thoughts/concerns here before merging it in.

Looks good. This should also make it easier to add custom documentation generation tools. 👍

What tools did you have in mind? I know that @pascalberger has switched to using mkdocs for Cake.Issues. At Chocolatey, we are now pretty much using Astro for everything.

I tried using Statiq, not sure why I abandoned that PR.

That is certainly one option. Given Dave's decision on Statiq moving forward, Steph on our team decided that she wanted to switch to Astro. If we can re-introduce documentation generation into Cake.Recipe in a way that you can bring your own docs generation, I think that would be the best way.
