Running combined.R from a state where no Drive files have been synced fails on PC_delinted.csv being not found.

  • Copy authoritative versions of point_counts/data_ingest/output to Drive
  • Modify combined.R to add a drive_sync of point_counts/data_ingest/output/PC_delinted.csv

Assigning this to Mary, since she "owns" the point count data, for the first bullet:

  • Copy authoritative versions of point_counts/data_ingest/output to Drive.

(even Resilience_Data_Drive/COMB/point_counts does not exist yet)

The second bullet point is obsolete, since we decided to remove the drive_sync() from combined.R in favor of symlinks until we move to a project-wide convention (possible design criteria: minimize hard-coding of paths in source files, minimize huge downloads by individuals working on a chunk that does not require them).
