Notes of the 12.7.2019 meeting

We had a face to face meeting with Arjun, Richard, Kevin, and Michael. Michael outlined much of the initial work he had done, and gave a high level overview of the project.

We want to try to meet once a month to keep things moving along. We think that January 25th is the right days we can meet with Old stunt to review with them the UI designs to see if this is whey they would want, and are there changes we should get in.

We should make sure the project involves the computer coordinate. We aren't sure who is going to be computer coordinator next year.

By our next meeting we want to try to get high level show model done. That wan we can start on doing the drawing and laying out the continuity.

We should use the Issues tracker on GitHub to track all the issues we work on. Also, if you start working on an issue, make sure you put it in the tracker so that other people don't step on each other toes.
