New annotated data added with rough analysis, model training and model

New annotator comparison data added, analysed and compared

Changed rough analyser to have new scheme hard coded

Added '-' tag to V2 tag lists and updated number of outputs in the
current_best model configs to allow training to be robust to tagged but
unmarked entities from MAE
