Project of a software that compiles meteoceanographic forecasts from different sources (e.g. WAVEWATCH III, MERCATOR, GFS) and generates information and visual aid for marine operations decision makers. The software mainly returns the workable weather windows of a specific marine opperation (specific weather limits) at a defined location. Follows the DNV Offshore Standards for Marine Operations (DNV-OS-H101)
