Add Arp Radio and So Litty Records to showcase

Initial comments: First I thought the Connect Wallet feature does not work (through game changer gateway?) But It seems that you would need to have it open for some minutes. At least after 2 minutes it says "Initializing" then a player appeard.

Slightly offtopic: we should have a music tag, also for NEWM.

From what I can see in this PR, there are two separate additions being proposed:

1. So Litty Records, which is the owner/maintainer behind the project, but it is not itself a product to be included in showcase. Instead, it should be submitted for evaluation to:

Note: One of the conditions for inclusion is that the company must already have a product/service/tool listed in either Cardano Showcase or Builder Tools.

2. Arp Radio, The actual product that should be submitted to the showcase.

So, I’d kindly ask @arpradio to update this PR to include only the Arp Radio project for showcase evaluation.

Then, once that is successfully merged, you can open a separate PR to include So Litty Records as an entity on cardano.org showcasing it as a company building on Cardano as well!
