CR Dynamic Fields

This Package extends the OTRS Dynamic Field types by adding the following dynamic fields:

• Radio Button
• Rich Text

Radio Button

Can use same definitions as dropdown, additionally the columns per row can be defined.

Rich Text

Same functionality as ticket body.

Note

All added dynamic fields of the types provided by this package must be deleted from the system before unintall this package!
